My stay was quite the mixed bag. The location was really good, just a stone's throw from the beach, but I did encounter some cleanliness issues and inconsistent service from the reception.

Rooms
6.0
The room was as depicted in the pictures but fell short in terms of cleanliness. I noticed some small cockroaches in the kitchen during my stay, which was a bit unsettling. On the plus side, my room had plenty of closet space and was comfortable enough.
Service
5.0
The front desk wasn't always open as advertised and didn't provide much helpful information when I needed it. However, I found the receptionists I dealt with to be friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to shift my booking around.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is a huge advantage. It was within walking distance to both the beach and the city center, making it super convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
5.0
The dining options weren't great; I found the prices pretty high for the quality provided. However, I could make my own coffee in the room, which was a small plus.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were minimal, but I appreciated the free air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hotel offered car hire services as well, which was handy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Beer Garden Hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location just minutes from the beach. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with a somewhat impolite manager and issues getting clean towels. The ambience felt a bit off because of the surrounding construction, but it was manageable since I spent most of my time exploring Tel Aviv.

Rooms
6.0
My room was small and felt a bit unclean at times. I also could hear noise from other guests, which made it a little uncomfortable.

While the person at the lobby was helpful and even let me stay past checkout, the manager's attitude was off and made me uncomfortable. Plus, I had trouble getting clean towels during my stay.

The location was definitely a highlight, being super close to the beach and city center. I loved being so close to the Carmel Market and other attractions.
Dining
8.0
Dining was great in the cafe, with good food options, including gluten-free dishes. It was nice to have breakfast right there at the hotel.
Facilities

The hotel had useful facilities like air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, but it would have been better if they had a phone to contact the front desk.

My stay at the Beer Garden Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was prime, just a stone's throw from the beach and vibrant café culture. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was quite lacking at times.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was small and rather dingy, resembling a space much less appealing than the photos suggested. There were issues with cleanliness, and the furniture seemed to have seen better days.
Service
5.0
There was no proper reception when I arrived, which made checking in confusing. Additionally, I found the staff's attitude to be less than friendly. it wasn't the service I hoped for during my stay.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic. a short walk to the beach and close to various shops and amenities. It felt safe and well-connected, making it easy to explore Tel Aviv.
Dining

Dining options were limited at the hotel itself. I found the prices for additional meals to be quite high, and there was no breakfast included with my stay.

I had a mixed experience at the Beer Garden Hotel. The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and city center, making it easy to explore. However, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, and I faced issues with WiFi throughout my stay.

Rooms
5.0
My room was quite large but located in the basement, lacking natural light and proper ventilation. It had a damp smell, and the bed was not comfortable, as it was made of two poorly joined beds. I also found it dirty with issues like hairs in the bed and stains on linens.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed a bit short with requests, and while it wasn't bad, they weren't particularly friendly or helpful. I felt the service could be improved, especially when I faced issues like WiFi that weren’t addressed during my entire stay.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the beach and right in the heart of shopping and bar areas. This made getting around quite easy, especially since transportation options were limited on Shabbat.
Dining
7.0
Dining options nearby were good, with a café that served great coffee and homemade cakes. I appreciated being able to make tea or coffee myself, adding a nice touch to the stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provided basic facilities, but I noticed the lack of essentials like an air drier, which detracted from the comfort. Overall, they were adequate for a budget stay but could use improvement.

My experience at Beer Garden Hotel was quite unfortunate. The rude staff and lack of proper assistance really overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Despite its proximity to the beach and local attractions, I would not recommend it due to the poor service and cleanliness issues.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was not clean, with visible dirt and unpleasant smells. It felt cramped and very basic, which was disappointing.

The service was alarmingly rude. The manager treated my party terribly and seemed uninterested in helping us during our check-in, as well as during our early morning departure.
